WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER

Our estimated delivery time for your order is based how quickly we obtain and ship your items (due to some items being pre-order, backordered or not immediately in stock), your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose. Please be assured that we make our best effort to get you your order as quickly as possible. Since we deal primarily with independent and underground musicians and DJs our stock levels may sometimes be unpredictable. We obtain new music on a daily basis and we try our best to keep everything stocked. If any of the items you ordered are backordered for an extended amount of time it may because it's hard to find, the manufacturer is out of stock or any other miscellaneous factor, but be assured that we are doing our best to obtain the item for you.

PRE-ORDERS

The item is not yet released. Pre-orders are usually (but not all cases) shipped the day prior or on the street date. Please remember that all release dates are subject to change, as supplied to us by the artist or distributor, and may be delayed beyond our control.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

Backordered items are out of stock but will be restocked in the near future. We will try our best to obtain these titles for up to 45 days from when you place an order.  However, this does not guarantee receipt of the item.

There is no definite shipping date for backordered items and we are unable to predict a shipping time frame for specific titles. On average, backorders normally arrive within 1-3 weeks. Any items that cannot be filled within 45 days are canceled, and we will notify you via e-mail.
