MP3 DOWNLOAD INFORMATION

Download keys are available for a period of 72 hours. After 72 hours your key will expire and you will no longer be able to download the purchased file so we encourage you to download your purchased item(s) as quickly as possible. All download files come in .rar format and can be extracted using WinRar software. Once the file has been downloaded completely, extract the file to a folder on your hard drive. The extracted folder will contain the full album along with cover art for you to add to your favorite music software of choice or MP3 player. Your MP3 purchase contains DRM-Free MP3 tracks (meaning you're free to listen to your music on any device or program that you like and/or burn them to CD) are encoded at 192 kbps, which gives you high-quality audio at a reasonable file size. All download files come in .rar format and can be extracted using WinRar software, which is available for both PC and Mac. Once a downloadable file has been purchased we will be unable to refund you because it is counted as a sale and we are obligated to pay the artist(s).

MP3 DOWNLOAD TROUBLESHOOTING

In most cases your download will finish in a matter of minutes based on your connection speed. We recommend downloading your purchase with a high speed connection such as Cable or DSL so your download will not time out. It's not unusual to experience difficulties in downloading a file from time, so if there is a problem with you purchase (such as files not playing correctly once you extract them to your hard drive), simply try your download again within the alloted 72 hour period. Many errors come from connectivity issues and no companies are exempt from having download errors. We recommend monitoring the download manager within your browser (may be in a pop up window or in a bar on the bottom of your browser) to make sure your file downloads completely so you won't experience in errors with your files.
